Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Receive and supervise the incoming medical products and maintain records.
· Ensure medical products are stored appropriately as per SOP.
· Should be aware about medical tools for proper inventory control.
· Arrange for distribution of the medical products and supplies to various destinations by picking, sorting, packing, labelling, and dispatching of products.
· Analyses inventory levels, inventory positioning, corrects inventory system, verifies accuracy, and troubleshoots immediate inventory inaccuracies.
· Keep stock control systems up to date, plan future capacity requirements.
· Manage and ensure the rejected, damaged, and expired stock are disposed of, as per waste disposal process.
· Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
· Communicates with supervisor, vendors, staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns.
· Provides information and assistance for inventory policies and/or procedures.
· Coordinate and collaborate with correct and accurate information to all.
· Should be aware about medicine composition, utility, usage and importance.
· Organizing, planning and prioritizing work to develop and fulfil the goals.
Qualifications
Education & Qualifications Requirements:
• Science Background
• Minimum of one-year experience in a similar role and should have worked on related software.
• knowledge and understanding of the entire Warehouse process and the logistics, supply chain sector.
• Good knowledge of Medical Products and supplies.
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and excellent numeric accuracy.
• Ability to understand and follow organizational procedures.
• Good team working & communication skills in English.
