• Monitoring the delivery status on daily basis.
• Operating all inward & outward operations through SAP.
• Updating the POD’s & closing the SIT.
• Discrepancy (If any) sorted out within a day.
• Managing FIFO (First in First out)
• Inventory of Vendor pickups and segregating category-wise.
• Segregation of Shipments on Brand wise.
• Monitoring PODs & introduced checks for 100% adherence by Transport vendors.
• Goods movement from Warehouse to Warehouse,  and Home Delivery and improving Service levels.
• Monthly stock audit and weekly cycle count.
• Stock inventory management
• Optimum utilization of vehicles and reducing distribution cost.
• On-time deliveries to destinations as per SLA.

Operation Managements

•         Good Knowledge of Computer Skills

•         Order Processing (SAP & WMS)

•         Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent in Excel

•         Planning, Managing and coordinating Transport Operation.

•         Managing all procedures of trading including handling various formalities, documentation for clearance of waybills and logistics.

•         Handling domestic logistics of goods; preparing MIS Reports.
