Job Description

  • Meeting the Clients on regular basis for understanding the expectations of clients
  • Coordinating with WH for the daily System entries.
  • Checking Report on daily basis and sharing the same with customer.
  • Generation of required documents for Transportation
  • Booking shipments through different courier companies.
  • Generation of Invoices for the allotted customers and submit Invoices on time.
  • Analyzing the profitability ratio of buy and sell rate of warehousing
  • Coordinating regarding SKU count with WHs on daily basis.
  • Maintaining records of inward and outward of stock
  • Coordinating with the WHs for the stock reconciliation as per schedule
  • Client Co-ordination for all kinds of dispatches.
  • Should be focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing the QMR reports and sharing with customers
  • Preparing the KPI reports on a Monthly basis and sharing with customers.
  • Rechecking Invoices before sending to Customers
  • Coordinating with the customer and handling customer queries regarding any issues and collecting the Payments
  • Payment followup with the customer on a regular basis

  • Good Communication and presentation skills
  • Should have the skills to Train and enhance the productivity of team members
  • Keen interested in Logistics
