We are looking for an experienced SCM Head to oversee our organization's ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company's second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of the business.- This will include development and implementation of a strategic plan to advance the company's vision, mission, strategies and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. - The ideal candidate should possess strong operational & analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, be highly organized, and have excellent leadership skills. Should practice good corporate governance. The role would require initiative and leadership to streamline our distribution operation functions, manage warehouse, Inventory & deliveries and reporting, train staff, manage operation issues and drive SLA. The candidate with suitable experience in setting up the warehouse & delivery process, scaling them with a team, and should be eager to grow with the company.- Be the chief flag bearer of the Company, ensuring the company is well-positioned in the public marketplace and building relationships and credibility with outside investors to provide necessary resources to fund and grow the Company Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success. Should be responsible and accountable for all operations pan India. - Thorough knowledge of imports/exports,e-commerce, reverse logistics, and cold storage is required. Responsibilities: - Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services pan India. - Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis - Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees -Overseeing and directing financial budgets, personnel and operations. - Resolve any arising problems or complaints Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce closely with Operations, Planning, Design, Process control, Sales and Last mile & First-mile team to ensure smooth operations on a day-to-day basis - Comply with laws, regulations, and Audit requirements - P&L Management of complete distribution warehouse & deliveries - Ensure coordination with Tech team, implementing and improving WMS and delivery process in the system along with reports.- Requires Good IT skills, in particular spreadsheets and databases and knowledge of warehouse systems. - Work aggressively with the Sales verticals and mentor executives/managers to achieve the Sales target - Conduct periodic Business performance reviews along with Operations and Sales teams for key accounts - Work closely with the warehouse manager and team to maintain inventory data and reduce/plug leakages.Manage backlog and planning / roadmap documentation updates & prioritization in transportation.- Analyse process workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes - Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs and negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers. Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency Develop, analyze and interpret data and metrics, share insights for improvement.(KRA and KPI’s) Vendor management and QMR ‘s. Take the lead in expansion activities - Assist CEO in fundraising ventures - Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.) - Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (P&L, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR,)

Qualification: MBA in International Business or Post Graduate Degree in Operations, systems engineering or supply chain management. Experience: - 5-10 years of experience in a Control Tower/ Operations/ Supply chain role

An experience with a strong business handling and deliverable skills.
