Job Description
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Fix Joint calls with the Managers
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to the clients
• Create frequent reviews and reports with the Management
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results
• Coordinating with the marketing team on lead generation
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
• Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotes and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with a team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
Qualifications
Min. Education Qualification – Graduate , MBA (optional)

• 4+ years in sales management within a corporate setting
• Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
• Should be a Team Player
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Should be open to travel
