JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Online/ Offline Branding Campaigns
- Plan & execute ATL marketing activities like hoardings/billboards, on-ground activations, branding and tap new market opportunities that will drive profitable growth and build effective presence
- Create, adapt, improve and optimize web communication for SEO and organic and keyword search in conjunction with the web team
- Creating Google Adwords campaigns & taking care of Google Analytics. Developing keywords using SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner and working on linking strategies to improve website search results eventually improving the rankings in search engine
- Build and execute social media strategy & setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
- Monitoring all aspects of creative work from concept to final delivery and ensuring all deadlines were met by preparing project progress reports and identified areas for improvement.
- Drive performance for Direct Marketing channels like Email & SMS etc.

- Responsible for branding and standardising all AWL facilities and client service centres within the premises.
- To take initiative in any new project be it in any facility or otherwise.
- To participate and lead all employee engagement programs,events,month end birthday celebrations.
- Actively participating in all CSR activities.
- To check and follow up with all AWL facilities PAN India for branding and standardization
- Lead Generation and churning into prospective positive leads
- To connect and revert with required information to leads received and maturing them into positive ones .Doing regular follow ups.
- Collaborating with other departments for understanding and reverting with valid information.
- To line up meetings of prospective leads with Operations and sales team.
- Brand & Social Media Management
- Conceptualizing and executing content for social media and running sponsored ads in order to reach out to a wider audience in collaboration with creative agency
- Conceptualize, design and develop brand communication across platforms in compliance with the brand standards to generate awareness and brand preference
- Executing all marketing activities effective presence, generate interaction & Brand exposure
- Public Relations (PR)
- Planning all PR activities & building relationships with the editorial and media teams. Manage media enquiries & interview requests.
- Reach out to target publications for editorial opportunities and coverage
- Associating and participating in expos, outdoor events. to increase brand salience
- Conduct media outreach and identify target publications, editorial opportunities and contacts including influencers & bloggers to support the marketing objectives & strategies.
- Write/ proofread communications for internal and external audiences including website content, newsletters, promotional material and distribute press releases
- Plan, organize community relations and seek opportunities for partnerships & collaboration
- Track and analyse media coverage and follow industry trends
- Lead Generation

- Budgeting / Expense Tracking/ROI
- Assist with establishing annual marketing communications budgets, including above the line advertising, sales promotions and publicity that will form part of the company business plan.
- Responsible for budget prioritization for various marketing activities. Define market prioritization for key online & offline media.
- Maintains complete records of all media and purchase agreements, contracts and quotes.

- Plan and arrange marketing events: Product Promotion events, sponsored events etc. for brand exposure and ensure the brand executes successful promotion
- Responsible for running promotional campaigns across Digital Media including social media promotion and content marketing
- Establish short / long term budgets in tune with the marketing strategies for achieving business targets
- Monitor organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget & seek new ways to improve efficiency and increase profits
- .Brand Management & Photography/ Videography
- Planning & execution of product photoshoot so as to create content for the brand in-line with the brand standards and utilizing the content created for all kind of promotions ,website and social media platforms.

- Work with creative agencies to develop collaterals and ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels
- Planning & execution of product photoshoot so as to create content for the brand in-line with the brand standards and utilizing the content created for all kind of promotions
- Market Growth and Revenue
- Manage monthly custom reporting and traffic monitoring after studying the user behaviour. Define ROI and impact analysis for key marketing initiatives
- Customize reports analysing campaign performance in order to provide actionable recommendation and deliver continuous improvements to our email program
- Responsible for communicating messages across Digital Media- Interactive Media Advertising and implementing other online promotional programs to raise Brand visibility & awareness
- Reaching out to niche target group through niche Marketing activities- Conceptualizing & creating all Marketing Collaterals & literature such as Product Brochures.
- Initiation, maintenance and management of Media, Creative & other l Agencies for implementation of day to day and strategic communication
- Review Management
- Responding to all social media sites while maintaining a positive online reputation across all platforms
- Closely monitor and report on overall progress and document substantive issues to case team through the creation and maintenance of an issue log
