Customer Relationship Management (Management Trainee)

Job Description

  • Checking emails & giving revert on them and subsequently FOLLOW UP.
  • Looking into sent items & giving reminders, if needed.
  • Checking the SWIM entries on a daily basis.
  • Coordinating with WHs for the daily SWIM entries.
  • DSR Report.
  • L.R. Generation.
  • Sometimes, the generation of DN and ASN when the DEO team is not present.
  • Coordinating with WH Managers regarding daily activities – like loading & offloading of vehicles, Value Added Services like – Shrink Wrapping, No. of pallets utilized, Stacking level maintenance, Overtime rendered, packaging, daily space utilization (if extended, informing the same to the customer by mail).
  • Coordinating with WH Managers regarding Vehicle Planning, if any.
  • Placing vehicle placement request, if any vehicle is placed from our end.
  • Doing billing of stationary of every WH.
  • Comparing the profitability ratio of buy rate and sell rate of warehousing done of every WH.
  • Doing express cargo billing, if any shipment is sent in courier mode.
  • Coordinating project inventory with every WH on a daily basis and at every EOD, sending the sheet to the customer. 
  • Coordinating regarding SKU count with WHs on a daily basis.
  • Doing Job Costing on a daily basis, if any vehicle is placed from our end.
  • Checking MDN / MRN Activity Sheet.
  • Maintaining regular pallet details like total no. of inward pallets, total no. of outward pallets & and in–house utilization of pallets.
  • Coordinating with WH Managers regarding Manpower utilized daily --- whether it is contracted or actual.
  • Coordinating with WH for electricity billing if overtime is rendered.
  • Preparing annexures for billing purposes for doing billing at month end.
  • Coordinating with the WHs for the stock reconciliation done at the start of every month.
  • Finally, coordinate with the customer regarding any issues and payment generation and also solve their queries on a priority basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
