Job Description
- Checking mails & giving revert on them and subsequently FOLLOW UP.
- Looking into sent items & giving reminders, if needed.
- Checking the SWIM entries on daily basis.
- Coordinating with WHs for the daily SWIM entries.
- DSR Report.
- L.R. Generation.
- Sometimes, generation of DN and ASN when DEO team is not present.
- Coordinating with WH Managers regarding daily activities – like loading & offloading of vehicle, Value Added Services like – Shrink Wrapping, No. of pallets utilized, Stacking level maintenance, Overtime rendered, packaging, daily space utilization (if extended, informing the same to customer on mail).
- Coordinating with WH Managers regarding Vehicle Planning, if any.
- Placing vehicle placement request, if any vehicle is placed from our end.
- Doing billing of stationary of every WH .
- Comparing the profitability ratio of buy rate and sell rate of warehousing done of every WH.
- Doing express cargo billing, if any shipment is sent on courier mode.
- Coordinating for project inventory with every WHs on daily basis and at every EOD, sending the sheet to customer.
- Coordinating regarding SKU count with WHs on daily basis.
- Doing Job Costing on daily basis, if any vehicle is placed from our end.
- Checking MDN / MRN Activity Sheet.
- Maintaining regular pallet details like total no. of inward pallets, total no. of outward pallets & in – house utilization of pallets.
- Coordinating with WH Managers regarding Manpower utilized on daily basis --- whether it is contracted or actual.
- Coordinating with WH for electricity billing if overtime is rendered.
- Preparing annexures for billing purpose for doing billing at month end.
- Coordinating with the WHs for the stock reconcillation done in the start of every month.
- Finally, coordinating with customer regarding any issues and payment generation and also solving their queries on priority basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
