Job Description
• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs aligned with company Goals and Objectives to meet organization excellence.
• Collaborate with departments, managers and team members to understand the competency required for specific job roles.
• Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
• To perform TNI/TNA aligned to required job skill and knowledge.
• Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations and simulations.
• Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
• Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.
• Schedule appropriate training sessions through different methods and techniques to cater to different types of audience.
• Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
• Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum and calendar.
• Monitor,evaluate,or record training activities or program effectiveness.
• Work towards company communication, branding and marketing.
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
• Entire content development, facilitation and evaluation on training and development .
• Training to have an impact of productivity, efficiency and customer excellence.

• Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A minimum of a year of proven experience.
• Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
• Open to travel to all locations.
