Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our record management company. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of record management solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our organization. If you have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
· Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
· Conduct research to understand potential clients' record management needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets.
· Present and demonstrate our record management services to prospective clients through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
· Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with internal teams including operations and customer service to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services to clients.
· Provide ongoing account management and support to clients to build long-lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive developments, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
· Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our services and expand our client base.
· Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role, preferably in the record management or related industry.
· Strong understanding of record management processes, technologies, and best practices.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
· Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
