Job Description

Collect the Payment as Per the contract Time Line Budgeting, ownership of P&L and overall accountability of branches and their profitability 

Monitoring operational-related expenses and accurate timely billing.

Timely booking 

Space utilization

Consolidation

Vehicle placement 

Cost Analysis

Daily Planning

             Filing /System Update

Warehouse KPI

Timely Booking 

prepare and process the documents accurately and timely

Follow-up/Tracking

Preparing price quotations

SKU and Space Categorization

Racks / Pallets / Bins Management

Total Space utilization

Collect feedback on time

Monthly review meeting

Submission of QMR every Quarter  

Vendor Development 

Record all the consumption/usage in the utility portal

Employee review 

Employee Development

Team Availability

Manpower management

Audit and monthly cycle count

Compliance Management Report

Meeting with existing and new clients

Review monthly sales/RM

Solely make decisions based on facts, figures, and data analysis

Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.

             To handle Transporters and Labor Contractors

Warehouse Landlord coordination

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Skills

  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement customer retention programs.
  • Experience in developing and managing operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.

 

Additional Information

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and/or operations management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Preferably Male candidate
